The peak performance programme is delivered over 18 weeks, which is split into 3 parts.
The first 4 weeks is designed to coach you into making life changing habits built around your busy lifestyle, preparing you for a massive push in phase 2.
10 weeks of pure fat loss. After priming the body and your lifestyle for fat loss, we use this time period to plil off as much body fat as possible, while watching your health and productivity levels rocket.
The final 4 weeks will be to get your body in the perfect position to keep the results you have earned and make the habits sustainable to ensure going forward you can continue to progress.
